Description of Service

CityCites™.io provides analytics, rankings, proprietary scores, and public-data visualizations for ~19,300 U.S. cities using only publicly available government data.

No Professional Advice

All data and scores are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute real-estate, financial, legal, or relocation advice. We make no guarantees about accuracy or completeness. Our data accuracy is dependent on publicly sourced data accuracy.

Limitation of Liability – Critical Protection

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • (a) THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
  • (b) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
  • (c) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (OR $100 IF YOU ARE ON THE FREE PLAN).

User Content & Conduct

You are responsible for anything you upload or post. You may not use the Service to scrape data at scale, resell our proprietary scores, or reverse-engineer our algorithms.

Intellectual Property

All proprietary scores, methodology, design, and software are © 2025 CityCites™.io. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes only.

Data Sources & Attribution

We use only public-domain or properly licensed government data. We are not affiliated with any city, state, or federal agency.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

Delaware, USA (without regard to conflict of laws).

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
